I was very fortunate to experience Richmond Station's tasting menu for my birthday. My brother had reserved the chef's table seating in advance - which directly faced the kitchen's open window. It was a nice treat to see the process behind the meal. Tracy was our server for the majority of the evening, and she was such a delight! Kind, courteous and humored my brother, lol.
The tasting menu comes with an optional beverage pairing for an additional fee, but I will say I am delighted we took advantage and added the beverage pairing.
I thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu, with my favorite offerings being the Selection of Canapes and the Dry-Aged Penokean Hills Beef. The canapes were such a fun selection, and a great way to lead into the meal. The dry-aged beef was memorable and delicious.
I will say for myself, the highlight of the tasting menu was Linda's enthusiastic descriptions of our paired wines and how its balances with the upcoming course. As someone who is not so familiar with wine, I truly appreciated her knowledge.
Richmond Station was an experience I would love to delve into again, and it truly made for a memorable birthday dinner.

The best, most unique dining experience we had in Brussels!
It's a 15 minute walk NW from La Grand-Place de Bruxelles. Once you've entered Place St. Catherine, you're completely out of the main tourist district which is nice if you want something more authentic as opposed to overpriced and themepark-like.
Viva M'Boma is small, clean and has an understated elegance in its simplicity. It's apparent once you see the menu that you are there to experience something you wouldn't normally get at most places that label themselves food-centric (they specialize in organs). Not only is the menu eclectic; they deliver hard core with flavors that are savory, intense and exquisite.
For the starter we had Kirr with cassis as an aperitif that accompanied an order of pan-seared calf's brain in a beef boullion with onion and garlic, and a fois gras in a very traditional presentation. Both were outstanding and a good prelude of what was to come.
We placed the second order once we finished our starters so that we could carefully select the next delicious offering as there were so many awesome things to choose from. I was tempted by the Pot-au-feu, essentially a stew of beef cheeks, oxtail and marrow, but was swayed by the waitress to the solomillo of horse, cooked blue and with a glass of St. Emilion. Yep, it was incredible! The meat was cooked expertly and the pairing showed of a true professional.
My better half had veal cheeks that were stewed in beer and fell apart when you so much as touched them with the fork. This dish exploded with flavor and left us wanting to lick the plate after it was done.
We finished the evening off with a house-made speculoos ice-cream (gingerbread) and caramelized apples... Pretty F'n awesome!
We really enjoyed the experience, hospitality and knowledge of this establishment. We never felt rushed and all our questions were answered kindly and consummately. If you are in Brussels and are looking for something truly special, masterfully prepared and unlike anything you normally indulge in, please visit this place and stay away from Rue des Bouchers.

My husband ordered the veggie curry and it was too spicy to eat. He tried to trade it for something else but the guys working there were not willing. Bad vibes from those guys. They also wouldn't answer any simple questions about the food before we ordered. Whatever. They aren't in the customer service business I guess. The whole place is a decent place to go. There are a lot of drink options like everywhere in Amsterdam. Don't get the Indian food if you ask me. I don't like to buy food from unpleasant people.

I had a falafel salad here. The food was ok but bordered on bland. The aesthetics are beautiful though (they don't make up for the mostly flavorless food and shoddy service). It'd be better to try your luck elsewhere.

Authentic Indian food, great ambiance and friendly staff. We needed to carry back bottled water and everything around had closed. Owner was gracious to get be us a couple of bottles at cost. Definitely recommend.

I don't know what I was expecting ramen in Prague to be like, but this place really blew me away. They have a decent selection of ramens and soba noodles here. I ordered the miso base ramen and it was quite tasty! My favorite part of the bowl was the marinated egg and grilled vegetables which were full flavor. Usually I'm all for chashu, but those veggies really gave the traditional pork a run for its money.
My only complaint about this place is that it gets really hot on the inside. Having hot soup in the middle of summer with no AC is not fun. I was sweating during my entire meal. I wish that they had more fans upstairs to help mediate these issues. Otherwise, I think this would be a great place to come during the winter time!

Interesting and unusual drinks, pleasant enough environment that is relaxed not too crowded and with a decent atmosphere. The food is well below average, highly disappointing given the area and pretensions of sophistication. The service was slow and unremarkable by staff who were not empowered to make decisions themselves. All in all it was a bit of a let down.

Yet another craft beer place in Stockholm and this is sure to draw in the hipster crowd. For those more concerned with other things than feeling cool there are other places that are better in the same category in Stockholm. Omnipollos hatt is run by brewer Omnipollos so the beer knowledge and quality is solid. They mix up their own selection with other craft beer from other brewers. The selection is interesting but rather limited compared to many other places focusing on craft beer. Price level is also a step up with a 30cl beer starting at around 70 SEK and many are between 80-100 SEK. Perhaps not that expensive bit still more expensive than much of the competition.
Some of the staff are really knowledgeable while others at least hide their knowledge or actively show a disinterest in being service minded. The service in general leaves some to be desired but perhaps it will improve over time.
They also serve some food or actually only pizza but fairly nice such. It is of course a bit boring and they are late to hop on that trend. It does however fit the place perfectly as the crowd is mostly the hipster crowd.
The place as such is not very nice to hang out at, the decor is boring and and the seating is fairly limited so expect it to be crowded. All in all not a favorite and I will continue to go elsewhere for my craft beer needs.
